The Adamawa State Government, through the Urban and Regional Planning Board, has issued a seven-day notice to all attachment shops and petty mobile traders, including push-cart and wheelbarrow operators, within and around Jimeta Ultra-Modern Market to vacate the premises.

According to the notice, the deadline for compliance is Monday, September 1, 2025.
The Board warned that traders who fail to comply with the directive will face appropriate sanctions, stressing that the move is part of efforts to restore order and ensure proper use of the market facilities.
