Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has felicitated the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Brigadier General Mohamed Buba Marwa (Rtd), on the occasion of his 73rd birthday.
Governor Fintiri described Marwa as an illustrious son of Adamawa State and a distinguished elder statesman whose decades of service have contributed significantly to the development and security of Nigeria.

According to Fintiri, Marwa’s determination and bold reforms in the campaign against drug-related crimes have further demonstrated his enduring commitment to the wellbeing and future of Nigerians.
The Governor said Adamawa State remains proud of Marwa’s contributions and legacy, noting that his life of public service continues to serve as an inspiration to younger generations.
He prayed Almighty Allah to grant the celebrant sound health, greater wisdom, renewed strength and many more years of purposeful service to the state and the nation.
Governor Fintiri wished Brigadier General Marwa a joyous 73rd birthday and continued success in his efforts to make Nigeria safer and free from the devastating effects of illicit drugs.
