Gov Fintiri Inspects Digital Academy, Says Adamawa Youth Must Lead in Modern Economy

Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has inspected facilities at the Adamawa State Digital Academy as part of efforts to ensure the institution is fully prepared for a seamless takeoff.

The Governor said more than 10,000 young citizens have already enrolled online to participate in training across 11 accredited courses designed to equip them with practical skills needed to compete in the rapidly evolving digital economy.

According to him, the programmes will provide young people with essential knowledge in artificial intelligence, software development, machine learning, digital marketing and other emerging areas of technology.

Fintiri said the initiative reflects his administration’s commitment to investing in the future of Adamawa’s youth by creating opportunities for digital learning, innovation, employment and entrepreneurship.

He stressed that Adamawa State must remain active in the technological transformation taking place globally, assuring that his administration would continue to provide platforms that prepare young people for the demands of the modern economy.

“Adamawa will not be left behind in the modern economy,” the Governor said, urging young people across the state to take advantage of the academy and acquire skills that can position them for opportunities in the digital world.

Interested residents can access the academy and join the programme through the Adamawa State Digital Academy website.
