Adamawa State Governor, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, CON, has been presented with a Special Award of Honour by the body of Permanent Secretaries in recognition of his outstanding leadership and transformative governance in the state.
The award ceremony took place at the Government House, Yola, where the senior civil servants commended Governor Fintiri for his far-reaching reforms, infrastructural strides, and unwavering commitment to public service excellence.
