Permanent Secretaries Honour Governor Fintiri with Special Award for Exceptional Leadership and Service Delivery

Adamawa State Governor, Rt. Hon. Dr. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, CON, has been presented with a Special Award of Honour by the body of Permanent Secretaries in recognition of his outstanding leadership and transformative governance in the state.
