The Elite Scholars Institute has successfully concluded Day Two of the ongoing Capacity Building Workshop for legislative staff of the Adamawa State House of Assembly, currently taking place at the National Assembly, Abuja.
The training program, designed to enhance legislative efficiency and strengthen institutional capacity, featured interactive sessions on modern legislative practices, record management, and parliamentary procedure.

During the session, the National President of the Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria (PASSAN) paid a courtesy visit to the participants. He commended the Adamawa State House of Assembly, under the dynamic leadership of Rt. Hon. Bathiya Wesley, for its people-oriented approach and steadfast commitment to human capital development within the legislative arm.
As part of the day’s activities, participants embarked on a guided tour of the National Assembly Library and Complex, where they explored the archives, digital legislative resources, and gained firsthand insights into the operations of Nigeria’s federal legislature.
The workshop continues to position Adamawa’s legislative workforce for greater efficiency, policy innovation, and improved service delivery in support of good governance in the state.
