Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State, accompanied by his Chief of Staff, Dr. Edgar Amos, and other top government officials, paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Suleiman Aliyu Garga, a former Special Assistant in the administration, who passed away recently after a brief illness.
During the solemn visit, Governor Fintiri offered prayers for the peaceful repose of the deceased’s soul, asking Almighty Allah to grant him Aljanatu Firdaus and to give his family the strength to bear the loss.




“Suleiman was a dedicated and dependable aide who served with humility and sincerity. His death is not only a loss to his family, but also to the government and people of Adamawa State,” Governor Fintiri said.
The governor reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to standing by citizens, especially in moments of grief, emphasizing that public service extends beyond the corridors of power to showing compassion and solidarity with the people.
The visit was marked by moments of prayer, reflection, and quiet support to the grieving family.
