Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has hosted a major stakeholders’ meeting of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the Banquet Hall of the Government House, Yola, as part of efforts to strengthen the party’s political structure ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The meeting brought together key party stakeholders, including former councillors, political leaders, aspirants who contested the party’s primaries and other party faithful.




Governor Fintiri urged members to close ranks and work collectively, stressing that every aspirant who participated in the primaries remains an important asset to the party with valuable experience, influence and grassroots connections.
He called for a united and disciplined political structure extending from the grassroots to the state level, urging party members to place the overall success of the APC above personal interests.
The Governor also charged former councillors, leaders and party supporters to intensify mobilisation across their respective communities, stressing that the party must approach 2027 as a united and formidable political force.
