Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has held a meeting with prominent traditional rulers from Demsa, Pindiga, and Kaltungo at the Government House in Yola, in a move aimed at strengthening collaboration with traditional institutions.

Those received by the Governor include His Royal Majesty, Homun Alhamdu Gladstone Teneke, Paramount Ruler of Demsa; His Royal Highness, Alhaji Muhammadu Seyoji Ahmad, Emir of Pindiga; and His Royal Highness, Engineer Saleh, Emir of Kaltungo.
The meeting underscores the importance of traditional rulers in promoting peace, stability, and development at the grassroots level across communities.
Governor Fintiri has consistently emphasized the role of traditional institutions as key partners in governance, particularly in areas of security, conflict resolution, and community engagement.
The engagement at the Government House, Yola, forms part of ongoing efforts by the administration to maintain close ties with critical stakeholders in advancing development across Adamawa State.
