Adamawa State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has urged newly elected Local Government Chairmen to bring forward innovative ideas, strengthen security across their domains, and focus on delivering impactful projects that directly benefit their communities.
The Governor gave the charge while receiving the Chairmen on a courtesy visit, emphasizing that their administration at the grassroots level must align with the state’s development agenda and produce measurable results.
He stressed that governance must go beyond routine administration, noting that the true test of leadership lies in translating policies into visible improvements in the lives of the people.
Governor Fintiri further called for collaboration, accountability, and proactive leadership, insisting that local governments remain critical drivers of development and stability in Adamawa State.
