Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has rolled out a fresh wave of approvals aimed at boosting infrastructure, human capital, and recreational development across the state.
The Governor has earmarked ₦5.1 billion for the construction of a world-class modern amusement park in Adamawa. The project is expected to provide a new leisure hub for families, boost tourism, and open up job opportunities.

In a related development, Governor Fintiri also approved ₦2.4 billion for the construction of 4.6km of internal roads within the Army Barracks, improving accessibility and easing movement inside the facility.
On the education front, the Governor has flagged off an international scholarship program. A total of 110 Adamawa students drawn from disciplines such as Engineering, Medicine, and Sciences will depart for Turkey to pursue their studies. According to him, another batch is scheduled to leave for Australia in January 2026, signaling a sustained investment in human capital development.
With these approvals, Governor Fintiri is reinforcing his administration’s priorities: infrastructure renewal, youth empowerment through education, and lifestyle-enhancing projects that place Adamawa on the map as a state on the rise.
