The Executive Governor of Adamawa State, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, CON, has been honoured by the Unity Skaters of Nigeria in recognition of his administration’s remarkable achievements in infrastructure, youth empowerment, and social development.
The leadership of the Unity Skaters of Nigeria, led by Sylvester Phadion, paid a courtesy visit to the Governor on Monday, presenting him with an award to acknowledge his government’s commitment to empowering young people and promoting sporting activities across the state.
The Executive Governor expressed appreciation for the recognition, noting that it reflects his administration’s dedication to building a peaceful, inclusive, and innovation-driven Adamawa State.
He also commended the Unity Skaters of Nigeria for selecting Adamawa as the venue for the Fresh Air Skating Championship, describing it as a testament to the state’s status as a hub for talent, peace, and creativity.
The Executive Governor reaffirmed his administration’s continued support for initiatives that promote youth engagement, sportsmanship, and community development.
