Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has successfully passed the screening process of the All Progressives Congress ahead of the 2027 elections, reaffirming his readiness to contest for the Adamawa North Senatorial seat.
In a statement shared after the exercise, the governor expressed deep appreciation to the leadership of the ruling party for what he described as a strong vote of confidence in his candidacy. He noted that the clearance marks a critical step in his political journey toward representing the people of Adamawa North at the national level.
