Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s administration has completed the construction of a Fresh Air Model School in Sabon Gari, Mayo-Belwa Local Government Area, with the facility now fully ready for commissioning.
The project is part of the state government’s strategy to tackle the menace of out-of-school children while promoting quality education across Adamawa.

The Sabon Gari Model School is among the 21 model schools under construction across the state. Each classroom is fitted with interactive digital boards and modern furniture to create a conducive and technology-driven learning environment.
According to the government, many of the new model schools are already completed, while others are nearing completion across the local government areas.
Governor Fintiri’s administration has also embarked on massive construction and rehabilitation of schools to ensure access to quality education for every child in Adamawa.
