The Adamawa State Civil Service Commission has cautioned applicants in the ongoing recruitment exercise to beware of fraudsters posing as agents of the commission.
In a statement signed by the Chairman, Barrister Musa Kaibo, the Commission stressed that it does not and will not collect money or any form of gratification in exchange for employment.
The statement also warned individuals who extort unsuspecting applicants under the guise of securing them jobs to desist immediately, adding that such fraudulent acts will not be tolerated.
The Commission urged candidates and members of the public to report anyone found engaging in such practices to security agencies or directly to the Commission’s headquarters, assuring that the identity of whistleblowers will be fully protected.
Barrister Kaibo reaffirmed that, in line with the directive of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, the recruitment process will remain open, fair, and transparent to guarantee equal opportunities for all qualified candidates.
