Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State on Tuesday joined President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and fellow state governors at the State House, Abuja, for an interfaith Iftar aimed at fostering unity and national cohesion.
The gathering, held as part of activities during the holy month of Ramadan, brought together leaders across political and religious lines to reflect on shared values of compassion, peace, and inclusive development.
President Tinubu, in his remarks, urged leaders at all levels of government to remember the less privileged, create meaningful opportunities for young people, and ensure that development efforts are felt at the grassroots. He emphasized that governance must translate into tangible improvements in the lives of ordinary citizens.

Governor Fintiri reaffirmed Adamawa State’s commitment to aligning with the President’s vision by prioritizing policies that strengthen security, expand economic opportunities, and promote social welfare. He noted that sustainable development remains central to the administration’s agenda, with deliberate efforts to ensure that no community is left behind.
