Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has met with residents and stakeholders in Demsa Local Government Area to review developmental strides recorded across the area and reaffirm his administration’s commitment to sustainable growth.
During the engagement, Governor Fintiri reflected on the mandate given to his government, noting that deliberate sacrifices and difficult decisions were necessary to lay a strong foundation for progress. He emphasized that infrastructure development remains central to his administration’s agenda, with investments in roads, schools, and public facilities aimed at improving the quality of life for the people.

The Governor reminded residents that all completed and ongoing projects belong to them, stressing that government alone cannot sustain development without community ownership.
“What we built together must be protected together. Progress endures only where responsibility lives,” he stated, urging citizens to safeguard public infrastructure against vandalism and misuse.
The visit forms part of the Governor’s continued grassroots engagement across the state to assess impact, strengthen collaboration, and ensure that development efforts translate into lasting benefits for communities.
