Earlier today, Gov Fintiri flagged off his statewide tour with a visit to Ganye Local Government Area in Southern Adamawa, where he engaged directly with youths, women, community leaders, and other stakeholders at Gangwari Square.
The visit, which marked the commencement of a deliberate and strategic statewide engagement, focused on commissioning completed local government projects, conducting on-the-spot assessments of the performance of LGA chairmen, and interacting with stakeholders at the grassroots to take stock of progress and outline the direction ahead.

Speaking plainly with residents, Gov Fintiri highlighted key priorities of his administration, including better roads, stronger schools, and public facilities that truly serve the people. The Governor reviewed progress on critical infrastructure such as the Ganye–Sanga Sumi Road and commissioned projects designed to promote job creation, improve access, and strengthen local pride.
Welcoming the Governor to the area, stakeholders from the Southern Zone described the visit as a significant moment, noting the pride of hosting Gov Fintiri in Ganye Chiefdom at the start of the statewide tour. The engagement reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to inclusive governance, accountability at the local government level, and people-driven development across Adamawa State.
